The welcome is warm without being obsesquious. the command is fast, as well as the service. The mechoui couscous is a success: a fine, mil-rolled seed, perfectly cooked and flavoured vegetables and broth, and, what is appreciable, herd, chickpeas and raisins/onions served apart. An original creation to dessert, perfectly developed.Good selection of whiskies on the map. A very good value for money.

We had to try all the betting couscous from the timgad at the betting mosque restaurant or the red ball and were too often disappointed. The keziah has reconciled us with this dish which can be of great finesse when it is well done. The tagine is just as good. And honey pancakes a delight.Hocine and rdouane are adorable.
