Kfc - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a Lakeside Crunchy meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, a biscuit, and a drink. It took them three tries to get my order right. First, they brought me a leg and thigh from the original recipe, which I sent back. Then, they gave me another box that contained a crispy breast and a leg—unfortunately, that wasn't what I ordered either. I had to send that back as well, and during all this, they took my receipt. I was tempted to call your corporate office to complain because I waited so long at the drive-thru while other customers were being served. They even forgot a simple two-piece chicken dinner from my order. This location in New Smyrna desperately needs better management and assist...

I just went through the drive thru at 12:00 pm (lunch time, mind you) and the lady was outside chit chatting with her coworker as I drove up and she told me they?re not open. I asked what time they open and she gave me a pretty vague ?like an hour and ahalf? after looking at her watch. I?m confused. Shouldn?t know you know when your establishment is open and also ACTUALLY beopen at that time? Which is 10:30 am according to google. But she wanted to open at 1:30 pm today? That is the mostunprofessional experience I have ever been apart of. Never ever going to KFC on 44 again.

I ordered the three-piece meal that came with two drumsticks and a breast. Unfortunately, the drumsticks were soggy instead of crispy. When I took out the breast, it was literally dripping with water and was dark meat, which was odd. I ended up throwing everything away because I didn't want to risk getting food poisoning. It was a really disappointing experience—I'd recommend skipping this place and just going to Publix instead!

I ordered the 3-piece meal with two sides, choosing fries and mac and cheese, but I only received one side: green beans. Are you kidding me? There was no one in line at all; it wasn't busy, so I don't understand how they got my order wrong. I tried calling 4 or 5 times to let them know, but the phone was off the hook, and it didn't ring. It had been a while since I visited KFC, and I really enjoyed my time there with my mother. We both ordered lunch from the menu and found a seat. The restaurant was clean, the food was served hot and promptly, and the staff was polite. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Not enough employees very slow service! Full food taste just okay to me maybe somebody else been there and it taste just fine to them. Won't be going back until they vamp up service and employees not the employees fault just not enough of them working
