I must say, my experience at KFC in 2020 was truly refreshing. I really appreciated the upbeat attitude of the drive-thru team, who did an excellent job of maintaining a steady flow of traffic. In the past, I wasn't a big fan of KFC's customer service, but something has definitely changed at this location, and it's wonderful. The teamwork here is impressive, and I absolutely love the KFC chicken. Additionally, I'm glad to report that the place is clean and inviting. Thank you for such a great experience!
I 've ordered delivery from them twice, and both times they screwed up my order. First time they forgot my drink, second time they forgot my fries. Contacted customer support over the missing fries and was told over email that we 'll get back to yousoon , but they ghosted. Order at your own risk, they obviously could care less about refunding you for items you paid for anddid not receive!
What has happened to KFC? It used to be a delightful treat to enjoy their meals, but that is no longer true. The chicken doesn’t taste the way it used to. Have you altered the recipe for the famous 11 herbs and spices? With inflation impacting everything, are you skimping on some of those ingredients? It just feels like it’s missing something now. It’s simply mediocre.
The chicken taste like it had been there several days and they re-fried it again, nothing tender at all, missed my 2 order of fries after I repeated several times my order, customer service was less than usual or less than fair, not bad but like theywere tired, like they are being force to do this work or they are still not use to work under pressure.

I went first thing this morning when they opened and the chicken was not fried crisp. It wasn’t like what I was used to. Also mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy just didn’t have as much flavors it did in the past. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I had a frustrating experience with the drive-thru service. They got my straightforward order wrong, which really put a damper on my evening since I had specifically come for one item. The attitude of the drive-thru attendant was quite unpleasant, although the woman who handed me my food was polite.
The food was fantastic, but it is a bit expensive compared to the Popeyes across the street. I also observed that my cashier wasn’t wearing gloves while preparing the food. On a positive note, I tried the new Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, and it was delicious!
This small KFC has proven to be a lasting favorite and continues to do well. Situated in Roslindale, directly across from the plaza, it's an excellent choice for KFC enthusiasts. You can't go wrong with this location!

The KFC chicken is awful! I can't tolerate it! It's excessively greasy and just drenched in oil. It's really unappealing.
