It should be easy for the restaurant to verify orders and ensure that all items are included. To make things worse, I still haven't received a refund or compensation for the missing items. It's frustrating when I can only rely on a fast food restaurant to get my order right if I'm actually there in person. The missing sauce affected the flavor of the chicken, and I left feeling unsatisfied. If the chicken had been gourmet and delicious on its own, I might not have been as bothered, but as it stands, KFC chicken really needs that sauce to taste good. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
I believe this restaurant deserves more recognition. It's like a fusion of KFC and Taco Bell! I visited late at night, and the service was quick, with the food tasting great (despite them running out of coleslaw, which might have been a blessing in disguise). They were also very generous with the sauces, which was a nice touch! Be sure to check out the photo of the tasty spicy chicken sandwich.
I placed an online order for 2 pot pies and a free order of mashed potato poppers. The poppers were dry and cold, clearly having been sitting for a long time. One of the pot pies was so dried out that the crust was bone dry and almost shattered when I tried to cut into it. The filling had the consistency of condensed soup before adding water and was unappetizing. I ended up throwing it away.

Of all the fast food places I've ordered from, this KFC/Taco Bell has had the most problems with getting my orders right on UberEats. If you decide to order from here, be cautious. There's a good chance you'll end up with missing items, drinks that aren't what you requested, or even a surprise dish you didn't order.
I ordered two chicken breasts and one wing, but received two thighs and a drumstick instead. The chicken was regular, not crispy, and I’m not a fan of dark meat. This isn’t the first time my order has been incorrect. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant.
The restaurant does not permit online orders when certain items are out of stock, which has caused me frustration on several occasions after I've already paid for delivery. This has happened to me about five times, and they really need to improve their management of this issue.

The staff is incredibly patient, even with a large volume of customers. The cashier and the whole team were courteous and respectful. I'm very impressed. Kyle and Kenny were particularly helpful.
