I felt really sorry for the staff during my visit. The customer service was quite disappointing, and the employees seemed unhappy. I stood inside for about five minutes before someone finally came to help me, and even then, the manager only appeared after the initial assistance. It's clear they have cameras in that area, and you can feel the negative atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I ordered a combo of fries and nuggets, but my order was incorrect; they didn't give me any fries at all. This place could really benefit from a new team with a more positive attitude.
Drive thru order.After placing my order lady asked me to stop before I get to the window and then they will wave to me when it's ready. Fast forward my food was cold. THE COLESLAW TASTE WARM. COLESLAW WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE GROSS. ALSO THE SAUSES TASTE AS IF THEY ARE OUT OF CODE. (RANCID) LAST TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION. I spent over 50 dollars btw.
Morning manager is lucky she has a job, I couldn’t believe she was a manager and the young little boy in drive through was useless. Who hired these people? I’m making sure this time I proceed with my complaint to corporate management. These employees have no business serving guest with the bad disposition they have.
I visited today, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and the food was served hot and juicy. I ordered the chicken nugget meal. The restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of parking available in the large lot.
