I ordered my food using the key order system, and I was surprised at how quickly it arrived. However, when I got home to eat it, I understood why. The chicken tasted freezer-burned and definitely wasn't fresh. It had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for too long, and the flavor was awful. I ended up throwing it away.

i’m mostly leaving this review because this store has so many negative ones. my food was delicious, the service was awesome, and they had my online order ready before i even got there. shoutout to whoever makes the famous bowls, you always put your whole chickussy into them!!!

The management and staff at this restaurant are incredibly polite and highly efficient. My meals are consistently fresh, and I rarely have to wait long for them. Even when there is a line of customers ahead of me, I typically receive my food in under 10 minutes.

I was trying to ask a question. And the manager.... o wow she was very nasty and rude.. will not be returning.... got home food containers were open and food spilling out I spended 57 dollars smh.. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't eat their chicken. Came for gravy because I make my own KFC bowls at home. The large gravy is now in a small container. So I had to buy 2. Back to Heinz gravy I go.
