I was missing nearly half of my order. I went in to pick up my online order and thankfully checked what I could in the car. When I realized there were missing items, I went back inside to get what I noticed was missing. However, when I finally got home, I discovered I was still missing more items. This place charges too much to be making mistakes like this. Although they probably wouldn't care, I won't be returning to this KFC. If you don’t want to waste your money only to find out your order is incomplete, I wouldn’t recommend going here either.
The manager at this location was unreasonable. You made a mistake with the big box order, which was supposed to include three pieces of chicken but only contained two. It's important to ensure that customers receive all their food before it's handed over. This was your error, so it's your responsibility to provide the correct amount of food to the customer.
DRIVE-THRU MESS ORDERED FAST BUT CLEAR AND YET TWO ITEMS WERE WRONG $20 BOX ORDERED MASHED POTATOES GOT MAC CHEESE ASKED FOR EXTRA CRISPY GOT ORIGINAL GROSS GOT HOME OPENED THE BOX WOW JUST WOW NO MORE CHANCES WITH THIS
Ordered 2 number 11. Only got 8 pieces on each order. Plus didn't get my mashed potatoes. Called to complaint no answer .

Tried going in for my lunch at noon and walked in and was told they were closed. Won't be going back .
