Kfc - Reservar una mesa

Hello, I am a concerned customer who is very concerned about the customer service at the KFC in Clarkdale. It is common courtesy to be polite to all customers. However, the staff does need professional development in how customers are to be addressed and treated. Having said, plain English will do; knowing how to speak with customers( good afternoon, good evening etc). It’s very sad to employ people who don’t want to work. Needless to say, attitude is everything to keep the establishment opened. It is hoped this will be corrected and if not your company may lose its business and customers. Food was not fresh. My children was not hot. My mashed potatoes didn't have gray on them and my coleslaw was dry and biscuit was not fresh. Had 3 piece crispy... barely had a leg.. I wa not at all satisfied.
