So today we went to eat at the restaurant ordered the food to eat in, then had a look around the radish bin inside was full and over flooding, the floors where covered in rubbish as were most of the tables, our number was called and said to the chap nice guy what is going on its like a pig sty in here he said no staff to do anything, I then decided to get a refund if the inside is like this what is the kitchen like ?? I asked to see he manager she came forward but just said the same thing no staff?? ,I asked why did they open if none was available to do basic cleaning she had no answer but said head office new of the situation,then for some reason the cleaner got involved I've no idea while...
I'm a regular customer to this kfc and I've never been so disgusted by the language and lack of customer service I received on my last!!!!! Visit . I would of thought kfc would employ qualified staff with skills that involves customer service . Kfc human resources need to attend this store and make changes !! I/e new manager !!!! Chances are they won't only won't our money which I will never do again. Even the immature girl serving me needs sacking !!! Avoid save your money it's not appreciated at this kfc .!! Kfc fix your rude unqualified staff ......
Horrible... The restaurant (Trough) was dirty and needed a **** good sweep and then a jet wash! Staff were there but that 's about all I can say about them. The food was hot, the chicken was dry and overcooked. You have the cheek to charge £2 for a tablespoon full of baked beans that were so overcooked they came out of the pot in one clump! A full tin of beans is 80p that 's a 1200 per cent markup!!! The Large Fries HaHaHa! In what world was that a large portion of Fries!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IT SH IT!!!
I ordered the fillet tower meal and it arrived promptly, but the food was barely warm and the fries were hot? Today I am feeling unwell with a stomach ache and have been stuck on the toilet. It is essential for the chicken you serve daily to be cooked to the proper temperature!!! There was a lack of care, shortcuts taken, and overall a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I will be submitting a formal complaint!

mrs. d kennison. once again, kfc canterbury has my order crushed up, it can not be hard, 4 Cheesy reels...big Papi-Mahl.... fully loaded meal .ca 16.00 give or a few pence, why to hell I was pounded to £21 something. bloodthirsty idiots .they only have to list on the order, have the keys up until they read back to the customer...and they can't do that?
I had a disappointing experience at KFC in Canterbury. This is the second time they have failed to include the popcorn chicken in my order, despite living 6 miles away. What made it worse was the lack of a contact number to address the issue. They need to improve their service.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The service is extremely poor, with long wait times and frequent mistakes in orders. Even fast food chains like McDonald's are more reliable. Overall, a disappointing experience with incompetent staff.
The food was tasty, but the service was extremely slow. The self-service machines were also not working, which added to the delay. It took a long time for my order to be ready, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me in line.

I visited KFC for the first time today. Ordering was easy using the touch screens, allowing me to add extra items and donate to Comic Relief. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was efficient and polite.
The restaurant is always packed, making it feel like you're dining right next to the person at the next table due to the small size and close proximity of the tables. The service is quick.
