My mom doesn't ask for much but today she did and it was a 3 piece extra crispy wings and a biscuit with an extra biscuit on the side. We weren't told till after waiting in line at the window for about 7 minutes that there were only 2 extra crispy wings and no more so we basically could take them or leave them. I took what they were willing to give knowing that if the customers satisfaction was most important than there would have been 4 more extra crispy wings with my order just goes to show p … – show
awesome!! i came in late and was tired and hungry. my father who has a wife who’s pregnant and hungry and crazy… anyways one employee named maine or mane.. awesome dude.. put chicken down and we waited because the wife is so crazy my dad didn’t wanna make her mad.. maine understood and so did the manager.. the food was delicious and the hospitality was amazing. definitely recommend the night shift crew
So I was craving a chicken pot pie. They were out! I ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was so old it was hard as a rock. Why would you serve food like that! Also out of sweet tea!!! Probably not coming back. The location in Mauldin is permanently closed. I wouldn't be surprised if this location will be closing soon.
Drive thru “person” did not know how to distinguish between a #1 and a #2 menu order then started talking to her nose picking coworkers. We found this out when we had to go inside after said drive thru lady was ignoring our questions and he did not have on gloves he wore boogers as gloves ew

The food was good and hot and everything tasted fresh..... it was quick and the staff was very friendly…this one KFC is ALWAYS delicious. The chicken was tender and the biscuits were soft and fluffy and the sides were on point.
very disappointed there is no longer a single breast meal. got my food home and NO biscuit!!!! prices are way too high for this food. you are losing a life time customer of over 50 years
Ordered a 12 piece meal. Didn't give me mashed potatoes and gravy. Also gave 6 thighs and 6 legs, no breasts or wings. This was after waiting or 20 minutes for fresh chicken.
Worst place to do Doordash. There workers are untrained at Augusta Road, Piedmont SC 29673. Dashers have to wait 45 minutes before they receive the food.

The biscuit was very soft and the Mac and cheese was tasty. The staff at the drive through is also friendly.
On or around dec. 1st picked up 8 pc. Bucket. Hard bisquits and awful looking drum sticks. Done with KFC.
