"I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I visited this restaurant about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they were very understaffed. However, I received excellent service from the only employee there, who I believe was the manager. She was wonderful. The chicken was tasty and the wait time was not too bad given the circumstances. She definitely deserves a raise. I have returned since then and the service was still good (they had more staff this time) and the chicken was fresh and delicious. I have no complaints."

I am writing this review shortly after leaving the drive-thru at KFC. The woman working at the window asked me to pull forward before I had finished ordering, without providing a reason. When I informed her that I was not done ordering and did not know the menu well enough to make a decision, she responded with a noticeably annoyed "I'm sorry," as if it were my fault for not being prepared. As I was still trying to complete my order, she did the same thing to the next customer who pulled up to the order box in the drive-thru, asking them to pull forward before they had a chance to order. Normally, I would brush off this type of behavior, but her attitude has left me with no desire to return...
