Despite the employee offering assistance, we overlooked it and placed our order. Surprisingly, the food came out very quickly. However, when I opened my chicken sandwich, it was not just lukewarm but actually cold. I decided to go inside the restaurant, where I found no other customers present. It became clear why when the employees gave me a disapproving look as I voiced my concerns. When I asked for a refund to my credit card, they struggled to process it. The manager explained that she couldn't provide a receipt...
