Kfc - Reserva de mesa

First time in a KFC here in Switzerland. Took them long to open a bunch of restaurants and there are still only a few around. After the huge let-down of Dunkin Donuts Switzerland (Donuts are baked...not fried) we wondered how KFC will hold up. Of course it's not the place you'll choose when you look for healthy food. We weren't...all we wanted were some fried pieces of chicken. We chose a bunch of back chicken pieces. Hot, fresh, meaty....crispy. As it should be. Freshness was good, meat quality as well. Food is alright, but don 't call this a fast food place. Placed an order on a pretty calm Saturday at 18:19 and waited over 20 minutes to get my food. If you 're planning on grabbing some food on the go, this is not the place for you. Fries portion was quite small, the chicken burger was forgettable overall

The worst tenders ever... super soggy and not the first time they tried it (they were soggy for the first time). Apparently, her frying has a timer and they can't cook her anymore so that soggy-tenders expect the only crispy thing was the burger and the pommes, but stick to ketchup or you'll regret it.

Chicken is OK, but we had to come back a second time the day after because they were out of chicken!!!!!! The second time they missed an order of fries and we had to wait 1/2 hour to get it. They are disorganized and not up to the standards of this global chain! Reserva una mesa ahora

I kindly point out the color of the chicken meat... which was obviously raw... impossible answer and it was cooked for 8 minutes... what can I say, I leave it on the counter and go away... absolutely to avoid

Parking taken by non KFC customers. Short staffed, but quality of food is acceptable.
