5 of us had a day out in Edinburgh at the famous Scots whisky stramash. Had a great day and decided to grab food before heading home . Decided to pop in to kfc. Bad decision. I ordered 5 meals to sit in got a seat and waited for my number to get called.... 2 meals short I went back up and the counter to be met with a broken English speaking girl who said if it wasn't on the receipt I would have to pay again for the missing meals as there was no receipt in the bag I explained. Decided to just re order the 2 meals so spoke realy slowly so there would be no confusion she the informed me that I could only get takeaway even though my family where eating in. But low and behold order wrong again on...
Gave this place a second chance. Big mistake. The place was filthy, bins were overflowing, self service machines didn't give you a receipt and one of them was broken. Seen one of the employees pulling her mask down and ripping open a bag of plastic forks with her teeth. She had to chew her way through it. The gravy was like water, chicken was soggy, and overall didn't taste right. Went in to the toilet and it was covered in urine. It was on the seat and floor, and there was no toilet roll. If a health inspector visited they would probably be shut down. Someone needs to get this place sorted out.
Toilets like something out of trainspotting absolutely vile seems like years of ingrained filth/smell and darkly lit there’s a reason for that I found out. After collecting food a drug addict came in, asked for toilet code which the staff obliged with clearly using the place for “hitting up”. Was in with family (young kids) and was feeling a bit on edge last time ever in a KFC…never that great but this one is on a level of its own. Stay well clear
Typical of kfc you place a simple order for delivery and guess what they get it wrong The mega box has 5 items it’s not rocket science to put 5 items in the box !! Lunch ruined !! No gravy !! No gravy how can you forget the piggin gravy !!! Kfc with no gravy !! It’s a necessity since they have changed the fries to these new ones !! If ordering double check they have half a clue that they know what you want !!!

In search of something to eat before going to a festival show, I dropped into this establishment with my son. In my opinion it was very poor on all fronts. Tables were unclean, trays were unclean, toilets were in constant use by Just Eat delivery drivers and service was slow. Only used this because it was raining and city was busy. Talk about germ spreading for Covid. Would not go back
None of the order machines work. I asked for single piece of chicken and double checked, still gave me 2 hot wings. The girl working there had a very bad attitude, didn’t give me anything to eat my salad with, and I had to collect my coke directly from the machine on my own since she is obviously too busy messing other people’s orders up.
Popped in to use the toilet as I was working around the corner. They made me buy something before I could use it despite the place being empty. What happened to common sense and good will to fellow humans? When I got in the toilet was filthy. Full of excrement that wouldn't flush away and pee all over the seat. Disgusting restaurant!
My husband and I went for a KFC before we headed towards The Jazz Bar for Valentine's day. As it was Valentine's Day, all the restaurants increase their prices so it was decided that we would have a KFC. The service was fast, enough chicken and chips for the two of us. Filled a hole.

Worst KFC ever, chips are rank, wings cold and tasteless. Tables honking. You might get a better meal out of the bin outside. Avoid Oops gravey was ok.
No non diet drinks. Why would anyone want diet Pepsi or sugar free tango it's kfc hardly healthy anyway. Staff very unhelpful
