Kfc - Reservar una mesa

I went to the drive thru bought a bargain bucket with diet sugar free club orange charged an extra 50 p for sugar levy I questioned the operator no answer bit a sugar levy on a sugar free drink. KFC consists of 3 parts chicken and chips the chips were totally inedible a disgusting composition of potato. To add insult to injury I was requested to park round the corner as I stated to the young man this was a drive through and I would treat accordingly. In essence this is a franchise that needs to be properly managed and worked won't be back.

Very poor service . Talk about lazy... Got a family bucket, with beans, corn, large bottle of drink. No napkins, no salt, no spoons so that was a messy finger job, no cups so we just had to take a swig and pass the bottle. The sauce dips fell of the tray unto the floor and was just put back on with my food. If is wasn't for view of a tyre depot straight out the window it would have been a really poor experience overall.

Placed as order on uber eats! Been waiting over 2 hours and still no order! phoned and better phoned none picked up the phone! Useless place! Keeps saying it’s a arrive at such a time then 10 mins is added on each time!

Revolting. 2 sides of gravy not even supplied. Chicken must have soaked in oil, absolutely disgusting. Service also pathetic. Sorry I had to give a 1 out of 5, I would have gave zero. Never ever will we be back.

No chicken on the bone on a Friday at 5pm unless you wanted to wait 20 mins . Would this time on a Friday not be there busy time and if so why no chicken ready
