At KFC, the young man at the counter was noticeably rude and seemed more interested in texting on his phone than taking orders. When we requested butter and honey, he brusquely said, "We don’t have butter," and handed us several sticky honey packets instead. The dining area, including tables and floors, was dirty, with trash scattered on chairs and tables. The employee appeared more concerned with working over the weekend and his phone than offering good service. He treated the next customers poorly as well, as if serving anyone was an inconvenience. Additionally, the bathroom was unclean. Overall, the experience made us question the quality of both the service and the menu at KFC.
The restaurant itself is well maintained with a nice decor inside. No dining in but walk ins and drive thru at the moment. Took awhile before someone came to take my order and when they finally did, she put ice in my drink when I asked for none. Waited another 5 minutes to get the correct drink. 15 minutes later, I got my order and when I left, realized I got a wrong drink. Service was not good that is why I gave a 3 star but the food was.
I'm completely fed up with KFC. I had a valid coupon, but when I tried to use it, the employee told me, "We do not accept coupons." When I asked if it was KFC credit, she explained that only certain franchise locations accept it. I assumed KFC franchises would operate uniformly and honor their own credits. How is it possible they won't accept their own credit card? It feels like something straight out of the Twilight Zone!
I'm officially finished with KFC. I had a coupon I wanted to use, but when I tried, the staff informed me, "We don’t accept coupons." This was a legitimate KFC coupon! They explained that only certain franchises accept them. I've always thought KFC was a franchise, so why wouldn't they honor their own coupons? How can they refuse their own promotions? It feels like I'm in a bizarre Twilight Zone episode!

The food was outstanding, but some of the staff (except for the older woman) were not very friendly. They appeared sarcastic and rude. When they served our meal, which cost over $50, one staff member simply tossed it to us with a brief "here" and seemed annoyed when I asked for honey for my wife. To the regional managers, I highly recommend improving customer service training for your team!
I decided to visit KFC because it was near my hotel, but sadly, the customer service was almost nonexistent. The chicken was overly greasy, and the coleslaw, which I usually enjoy, was dry. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer me a fork to eat with. Overall, the meal was very disappointing, and the menu did not meet my expectations.
This is the first KFC I’ve had a 10/10 experience. I came in for a delivery order everything was nice and neat. The quick pick-up station was organized for my order. The lobby was clean and the drink machine was cleaned and stocked up also. I even ordered something for myself , GREAT SERVICE!!
The employee preparing the food was not wearing gloves and dipped a basket of chicken breasts In the fryer to make them hot. She made my sandwich wrong and after I notified her, It got remade. But when I opened the sandwich wrapper, It was not the one I ordered.

Given the poor reviews for this location, it’s evident that management needs to step up and make some improvements, or they might face serious consequences. I used to really enjoy KFC, but this experience has certainly tarnished my view.
The pot pie was, as always, absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly.
