Kfc - Reservar una mesa

Literally the worst KFC I’ve ever been to, waited 20 minutes to be served on the drive thru, might I add there was only 4 cars on the drive thru and 1 person inside. I ordered the twister wrap of the day and a krushem, then was told I couldn’t order a krushem on the drive thru and they said if I wanted one I had to come inside to get it, makes no sense that you can order one inside but not on the drive thru, so I just left it as I’d already been waiting too long. I got home and took a bite into the wrap and through it tasted very plain and dry, opened it straight up to see all they’d done was put a chicken fillet in a tortilla wrap, the twister wrap is supposed to come with a slaw filling an...

Order at another branch This is our local and every order whether it's collection or delivery ALWAYS has items missing but today they've taken the **** ...... Ordered as family dropped in ordered a bucket with extras order arrives via Uber eats drivers rushes off check order and Voila staff have messed up yet again..... So much for a very merry Christmas and boxing day what about the starving kids I've got at home because you didn't send the hot wings, the correct number of chicken pieces and no beans..... I mean come on don't you have training for ensuring orders are correctly packed..... I wouldn't mind so much if it were adults but kids now I'm dealing with tears and fights over friggin w...

I’ve not always had the best experience at the Capehill KFC branch however Leroy changed that yesterday and showed me what it is like to receive exceptional customer service where this branch is concerned. Leroy was very patient and understanding with me and did all he could to ease my frustration caused by another member of staff and I left that branch a happy customer. Leroy is a true asset to your business and it would be a more enjoyable experience for customers if you had more members of staff like him. Thank you Leroy.

Paid for a variety bucket costing £19.99, received a bucket with 22-25% of the items missing. So in other words, I paid for something the branch knew about yet, purposely, did not quality check, inspect and therefore sent out on a delivery. Paying for items not received theft…

The flaming wrap should be called a nugget in a baby tortilla wrap. This snack is a joke. Photo is attached. Make your own decision whether it’s worth buying it. The cardboard box covering it had more substance!!
