I hadn't visited this restaurant in a long time due to previous experiences of poor quality burgers, cold food, and missing items in orders. However, craving fried chicken, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I ordered a Tower burger box meal and a Box meal for one through the app for drive-thru pick-up. Regrettably, I did not check the items before leaving the drive-thru, and upon reaching home, I discovered that both meals were missing fries. The Tower burger had a dry chicken fillet with minimal dressing, making it barely edible. The only redeeming aspect was the chicken pieces. It seems this restaurant needs to improve their service or simply stick to...
we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.
For many years now I 've wished Bangor 's KFC was better. It just isnt. Newtowards appears slightly better. Hard to say, dependant on staff coming going. Certainly always felt the place could do with a tidyup on the floor toilets . The skin just doesnt hang onto the chicken. But its quick enough, chips ok, daughter likes the 'lumps ' in the gravy..hummm. But that was only a few times, when ive had it appears mixed well enough etc With no proper burgerking in bangor, and a kfc i tend to think twice about...just wish be done up a bit etc.. lacking.. but hard to really judge.
The drive-thru was closed and the restaurant was packed. The ordering screens were not working, causing a long line out the door. We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite being in a fast food restaurant. There was no communication about the delay due to a lack of chicken on the bone. None of the tables were cleaned during our visit. Overall, there was a lack of organization, management, customer service, and skills displayed. It was a shocking experience and we will not be returning nor recommending this restaurant.

I felt bad for the staff as they were short-staffed, and one customer took out their frustration on a young server. Normally laid back, I had to intervene as the customer was being inappropriate towards the young man in his twenties. I reminded the customer that the server could be just one paycheck away from being homeless, and there is no excuse for rudeness. The chicken was delicious, and even though we had traveled 125 miles and were hungry and tired, the staff was amazing. Keep up the great work!
What can I say….. Just awful in every way, soggy luke warm dripping in oil chicken and tepid mushy “fries”. The only thing edible were the crispy (due to being as dry as the gobi desert) hot chicken wings. Gotta admit the Pepsi max was fine. Why and how does this chain still exist, on a good day in a good restaurant KFC is just alright but this one is damn right shocking. Happily for my doctor this was a very low carb and calorie lunch as 95% of it ended up in the bin.
Located close to Tescos supermarket on the edge of Bangor just off the A55 duel carriage. The food is the traditional KFC standard the only negative is they don’t do hot drinks. Are food was flavoursome and tasty , ordering is simple and plenty of places to sit.
service was good food was good gutted they had no hashbrown's for the burger ,they ran out of straws.. the toilet wasn't the best looked like a bowing 747 landed on the back of the toilet

Not only did I get home to find they gave me wrong burgers and forgot the one piece of chicken in the box meal but what we did receive was stone cold and totally inedible.
