I ordered a 9pc bucket yesterday and I was very disappointed at this location. I would say this was the worst fried chicken you can not imagine. It was like very old and dry both spicy and original. They must have refried the chickens like thousandsof time. It is not editable. The skin was supposed to be the best part but it was dry like a hard cardboard that you can'teven taste the famous herbs. It was dinner time I ordered at 6pm and you would think that they would have fresh chickens. Iwould not recommend anyone going there as this place has the worst owner/management. Had to buy something else for my kids. Iwould rate no star if that was an option.
Food was good even though we had to ask for something that wasn 't listed on the menu.. However when we walked into the bathroom the floor was mopped , but they were greasy and we almost fell...when I reported the floors the girl at counter only said oh .... then she went to bathroom, came out grabbed the dirty mop proceeded to re-mop. At least the other gal said oh I amsorry when I asked for the store manager... we received ordered quickly left. The place didn 't seem too clean, we didn 'twant to eat in...the food was good, the floors were dirty greasy.
Chicken was on point. Staff here not friendly, kindly rude to the point that they don't want to be be. I went drive through at night time, menu board was not lit, I told the lady while there and also at the window and she ignored me like she was deaf, she was Hispanic, Samoan looking. Last but not least, can KFC look at their receipts, it don't have no ink, so I don't know if I was charged right.
I ordered a 2-piece (drumstick and thigh) from KFC, but the chicken tasted undercooked and was overly greasy. I intended to order from the KFC on Fitzgerald Drive (near Lucky), but I realized my Dasher had picked it up from A&W instead. The biscuit was not golden brown and was noticeably smaller than those from other places. I won't be ordering from this location again!

After three attempts, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the chicken from this KFC. Unfortunately, the chicken is not fresh. It seems like the original recipe is no longer being utilized to prepare the chicken. If the owner happens to read this, I urge you to take action; otherwise, I won't be returning.
Horrible experience, they forgot half of my order, didn't find out until I got home 30 minutes away) the person taking our order in the store was rude,and dismissive. Never again.
Watched my burger patty go from hot water to a microwave, seriously how hard is it to install a grill. Cheap but employees are nice so that’s a plus.
I order a chicken pot pie got home and in side was children bone and Gristle and inside my son's famous bowl was some hard Husk or old chicken??

Terry was very kind, very sweet and she had great customer service, and she had a wonderful and gentle spirit, and she had a wonderful heart
As for parking, the restaurant would be much better off if it were just a large parking lot.
