after a lovely weekend of exploring the Scotland, we noticed there was no KFC up north as one of my good friends needed one to focus, unfortunately we had to wait all weekend. However it came very needed after a walk up Ben Nevis and the start of the drive home, upon arriving we walked in to a horrible stench consisting of rotting food and human extract, this was not enough to put us off are needed KFC. we entered deeper into the unknown, entering the toilet, the cubical door had no lock, the floor was sticky, and worse of all it STUNK. pushing through this we went to order, after waiting for an everlasting 15 minutes in the smelly KFC we finally received are food, two different burger boxes...

I 'd left this place a glowing review yesterday, as I 'd done a year previously. The service was good considering there were clearly too few staff and the food tasted great...until... Shortly after eating it and having had only a bowl of porridge that day and no problems whatsoever, I ended up with to put it politely, the ability to **** through the eye of a needle . It 's ongoing...has been all night and morning today 's forecast is definitely more of the same. I 've spent more time in the toilet in these last twenty four hours than moaning Myrtle. Never again, so unsatisfactory cleanliness. Tables not clear. Trays left on tables and at bin area. Bin bag overflowing. Trodden chips on floor at serving hatch. No spoon or fork given with rice dish. Only had knifes!!!! 1 member of staff refusing to clean up mess in cordoned off area, saying she'll be sick if she has to clean it!!!! 1 person walked in after us and after about7 mins of not getting served, walked out.

Absolutely awful, tiny portions and the price is not justifiable. Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru queue and it just was not up to standard. Very disappointed. Couldn’t even order in store as it was drive thru only so I assume they are short staffed even so, food was very very poor. Will not be back in the Dumbarton Branch the inside is absolutely filthy. Twp cats in front of me on the drive through but still took 30 minutes to get served. A three piece chicken meal was 2 x small wings and a tiny overcooked drumstick. This place should be a goldmine to the owners but very poor staff and scrimping on the portion sizes ruins this business. I'll go to Clydebank in future.

To be fair, unlike others they do get my order correct. But.... The place is still filthy, waiting times are Terrible, drive through or walk in. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Stay clear the place is dreadful service very poor food sitting to long so hard staff miserable and rude and toilets and restaurant are well below standard

half of my delivery was missing, and they wont answer calls so i can report this problem, not the first we have had problems with this place.

We have the app clearly says £11.99 for a 6 chicken cost us £15.99 anytime we go there there's always problems worst kfc ever
