check their order before they leave. this kfc is down the road from my house trying not fried food all the time to eat.sometimes they want good huh. this francise is never consistent. but unfortunately the only kfc close. this visit, I almost went away without my pommes and coleslaw, and if someone from behind did not call me to stop before leaving. the bag was reordered only the sandwiches I ordered that were also wrong. I ordered and confirmed spicy chicken.. developed original with no sose. cold gumy frits that sat around, waiting for a customer and mediocre koleslaw. at least they have improved their food. with the food prices, what they are, what they should buy decent quality not think...
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. They got my order wrong, giving me regular chicken instead of crispy, and forgot to include coleslaw with my order. The chicken had a terrible taste, appeared boiled, and had a horrible smell. My companions and I struggled to eat because we were so hungry. Out of the 16 pieces of chicken, we only managed to eat 4, whereas we typically finish the entire bucket. The quality was terrible and I will not be returning to this location.

Will never spend my money in that place ever again... The evening manager a Hispanic guy has the worst customer service ever. Just went and picked up my order I made on the app and I'll just say I was very uncomfortable... In order to lead others you have to know how to lead by example...... I don't bash people or any of that but he was an ignorant idiot!!!!

This restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh and hot! The staff are friendly especially Natasha she is very helpful and provides great customer service. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.. I also, recommend dining in, there's always someone cleaning making sure that the customer's experience is great !!!!
I would advise against visiting this location. The wait time was very long, and the staff were incredibly rude to my elderly mother. Additionally, you're paying nearly $2 for tenders that are either paper-thin or no larger than a nugget. It's simply not worth your time or money.
I ordered five crispy chicken strips with a side of potatoes and corn. Unfortunately, they gave me five very spicy potatoes instead. I was disappointed that they were so spicy and that this wasn't mentioned on the menu. I couldn't even eat them and I didn't receive my corn.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 piece meal food took 20 minutes. Pepsi had no ice and food was not done threw it away. The order taker was rude and didn’t understand anything I said. Will not be going back.

very nice staff. they have treated everything correctly. we have exactly what we have ordered and not annoyed. was a great dinner when I went home. I recommend this hidden gem. no serviettes were forgotten :
I waited 20 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken, and I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
