This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. They got my order wrong, giving me regular chicken instead of crispy, and forgot to include coleslaw with my order. The chicken had a terrible taste, appeared boiled, and had a horrible smell. My companions and I struggled to eat because we were so hungry. Out of the 16 pieces of chicken, we only managed to eat 4, whereas we typically finish the entire bucket. The quality was terrible and I will not be returning to this location.

I would advise against visiting this location. The wait time was very long, and the staff were incredibly rude to my elderly mother. Additionally, you're paying nearly $2 for tenders that are either paper-thin or no larger than a nugget. It's simply not worth your time or money.
I ordered five crispy chicken strips with a side of potatoes and corn. Unfortunately, they gave me five very spicy potatoes instead. I was disappointed that they were so spicy and that this wasn't mentioned on the menu. I couldn't even eat them and I didn't receive my corn.

very nice staff. they have treated everything correctly. we have exactly what we have ordered and not annoyed. was a great dinner when I went home. I recommend this hidden gem. no serviettes were forgotten :
will never spend my money on this place again. the evening manager, a hispanic guy, has the worst customer service of all time. I just picked up.
this load in lombard on roosevelt, was my favorite KFC. so many changes of the personal and the own. I was back a week ago and it was good.
this place is no longer present. before we go in and get what we want to adjust. Now they're rude and we can't get what we want.
