Can’t fault my food however whilst sat in an empty restaurant I had to witness the General Manager Ilea berate her staff and raise her voice at them the entire time about minor things. Quizzing them patronisingly and constantly saying she’s the only one who cares about the customers. It was pretty upsetting to watch her stand and belittle them all so constantly as they worked hard and she just stood around barking orders, patronising and treating them very poorly. If it was my boys working there under her I would be very upset. When confronted about it she used the same tone of voice with a sarcastic smile to say “I apologise for that” … it’s not me that she should be apologising to but her...

This will be the last time I use this takeaway service. The staff showed a lack of effort in getting my order correct. If they can't do the job properly, they should just leave. I ordered two meals for £17.00 and only received one portion of fries, which were only warm, not hot. I have been visiting this restaurant for many years, and there has always been something wrong with my order every time I go. The manager needs to take control of the staff, food quality, and address the issues with delivery companies parking anywhere. KFC, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Even though this KFC has had a make over and looks very nice, can’t say the same for the service. Went here to get 3 meals , 2 trilogy boxes and a mighty bucket for one, ordered in the place no problem, then waited and waited and waited, asked two times how long will it be, each time informed doing it now, when quite clearly I could see they were not, in total waited 40 minutes, not even a sorry for your wait, I am sure this place is supposed to be fast food !!!!!!! Will I go again, not too that one !!! Oh and to rub salt in the wound git home with food, no chips.

I went to the drive-thru and my order was missing food. I called to let them know and asked for Deliveroo to deliver the missing items, but they refused. So, I tried to eat what I had but it was disgusting. The chicken was rock hard, possibly reheated leftovers from the day before. I ended up returning everything. Disappointing meal. Ordered 2 piece meal, large fries. Exceptionally small portions of chicken and fries. Tasted fine however cheap quality tomato sauce and served by a boy with a strange look in his eye- like he secretly spat on food. Also location is next to a scrap yard. I rarely eat take away food and will not be returning.

The food at KFC was served cold and dry, making for a disappointing experience. The fries were also cold and soggy, tasting like they were cooked in old oil. Overall, it was a waste of money. I would not be returning to this KFC location again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

If I could give it a zero rating , I would ! Worse ever KFC on this planet . Food overcooked , tasteless and presentation awful . Would not even give the food to an animal, this is how bad the food is ! Avoid . I don't know how this place is still in business. Needs to shut down !

Order arrived late with missing items and was luke warm. Rip off despite the deliveroo promotion cold, tiny portions. Never ordering again from here even if my kids hold a gun to my head. Shocking value for money. Never again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awful cold food unhelpful staff wouldn't.go again floor was so slippy to toddler kept falling over when she walked
