Oh dear indeed. Went today big queues and absolutely freezing restaurant. My daughter said it was warmer outside hard on seemingly the coldest day of the year so far. Okay so when served we ordered a 3 piece fillet meal and a two piece chicken meal. Because it was so cold we took a takeaway back to our car. When we opened our order I only had one piece of chicken (rather than 2) which was stone cold along with chips that were also cold. My daughter had no dips even though they’d asked us to choose 2. I just couldn’t be bothered to go back in after warming up in the car with the queues and a clearly struggling staff. Hmm. Definitely not recommended. Avoid.
Had a delivery this evening and all I can say is that if I was manager in this branch I’d sack everyone one of the staff employed there as they are not capable of doing their job properly .They sent my order with items missing and the food itself was fit for the bin , cold soggy chips and the chicken was old and re-heated , the wings were the same they were vile to taste . I’m not one to complain but this is a regular occurrence from this branch and I’ll never eat from there again after what was offered up to me for food ,which by the way is not cheap . Shane on you KFC Lakeside !
I went to Thurrock KFC today and was served burgers in a used box. I took it back and the manager were quick to grab it back and offer to change it, at which point I stated that I wanted all the food changed as it was contaminated and we are in the mist of a pandemic.. The manager returned and had given me the same burger back... I knew she had as I had ripped the end off so I would know if I had the same one returned. The member off manger tried to deny it was the same one until I told her I had ripped the end off! I will be reporting it to environmental health
i waited for a hour in the drive trought today which i can understand because they have just reopened, however the manager mohammed is very rude and treated me as a disbailed people with no respect, after my order was missed up by them for not explaining correctly. he started shouting at me that its not his fault i didnt know how to order correctly, he throw the number for head office at me and shut the serve window in my face.i believe he clearly has a issues disbled customer and that they are unwelcome at this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible visit, no social distancing whatsoever. Opened the door and the place was chaos, crowded, people pushing, shouting. No control, no one monitoring numbers in. People standing up eating, sitting wherever they wanted. ABSOLUTE Savages. Fights breaking out. Literally ran out back to car, should be shut down until they are taught the rules.
Went there today and the staff were so rude and unprofessional it unreal. The service was awful and I complain I was told if I don’t like there service I can be refunded. Obviously angry at there attitude I left because my next reaction would have been very bad. Awful experience and not good enough
After shopping, when you just want to get home and put your feet up. This friendly Drive Through is just the place to go. It is what it is, chicken! But it's cooked well , and it's quick. Well worth a visit
Clean, tidy no complaints. Not too busy. Nice chicken. They did run out of ice cream though, but that was ok because we didn’t really want anything else after our bucket.
