I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for many years. However, I was disappointed to see how much it has changed. When we arrived, we noticed about five or six employees taking a smoke break out back. We ordered the all-you-can-eat special, but they didn't have crispy chicken legs or thighs. The cashier, who was very unfriendly, told us it would be about 15 minutes. We did receive one leg and thigh to start, but it wasn't up to the usual standard. I went through the drive-through. I wasn’t sure what I was wanting. The were no cars behind me and the person that was helping me was telling me to hurry up. Is there anything else you need didn’t like her town and that she was rushing me I ordered and went to the window, to pay. I was talking to the manager she was quite rude and I told her with that kind of attitude that I will not be back and she told me do you promise? Wow, I was baffled at the treatment who tells a customer that. I called the corporate they did not follow up. No one called, and nothing was done. I will never forget this treatment, and I have told my friends and family we’re not to go in Jenks for chicken but go to Tulsa...
Do not be fooled by their advertised promotions, as the employees do not seem to appreciate them and will not honor them. I was told that the owner does not care about promotions because they are managed by the company. It seems like they are not interested in communicating with the owner or company. It is unfortunate.
No matter when you arrive, the service is great. The staff is friendly and they're always fast.Tonight, I got there right before close and they were out of everything except white meat. I wanted a bowl but there were no nuggets. They busted up a breast to make my bowl. WHAAAT?!!! Thank for the bowl!!

Before COVID, Jenks KFC was consistently good, but they temporarily discontinued their buffet. Now that it's back, the quality just isn't the same. The chicken is mushy and unappetizing. Roy's is a much better option. Sorry, Jenks KFC, there's a new top contender in town.
The restaurant offers quick service and friendly staff. The food is delicious. However, they should consider cleaning the floors more frequently as there were spills and trash that left the floor sticky.
Update: Gone downhill big time. Always out of crispy, original tastes like it was made last year, takes forever inside, and they forgot my order entirely once.Great service!
Sometimes hit and miss but lately this place is hot and fresh and drumming up crispy chicken and soft biscuits!!!
