Kfc - Reservar una mesa

This is not my first order at this location but today will be the last I’ll be going again.Food:Ordered 2 piece chicken combo via drive through.I was served cold fries on top of semi hot chicken pieces. The chicken pieces being small is okay but they have a smell like they have been out there for a while. Had to throw the whole thing away. This is the first I have seen chicken pieces of this quality from KFC(attached pic).If you don’t have the product you just tell the customer we are out of food rather than giving them cold food. When I call to let the server know she says the chicken is hot I checked.Do you think a customer who just got off work, came and ordered food so he can complain or...

I used to enjoy the food at KFC, but my latest experience was terrible. The doors were locked when I arrived and I had to wait for someone to open them. The worker was rude and scolded me for not knowing how things worked. The Big Crunch meal I ordered was dry and flavorless. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is a disaster. The bathroom was somewhat clean, but the fixtures were not properly attached and there was a cardboard cover on the toilet tank. The food had no flavor and they were out of side dishes. They even served the drive-thru customers before those dining inside.

This location is deteriorating every time I visit, the food and facilities. The chicken is dry and the fries have some gross spice added to them. I will go elsewhere for better food and facilities next time. Very sad :

I just ordered through drive thru chicken looked like it was cooked 5 days ago and the fries were cold and I don't think they ever change their oil. never going back

The restaurant is not very clean, but the take-out food is always perfect. The staff is friendly and they never make mistakes.
