Ordered a 12 piece meal through the drive-through was asked to pull around because I was waiting on my order when I get home with the 12 piece meal I begin to make my grandkids plates looked in the box, and all I had was legs and thighs, and one breast, no wings, and missing 2 breast. I was truly pissed, the manager name was either Dre or Andrew told me that when it’s not enough chicken they take it upon themselves to give you what they want you to have. I never heard any such thing in my life.. so I asked him, “the customer are not allowed to decide if they want all dark meat or not”? He apologized but never answered the question, I was supposed to get three pieces of each part of the chick...
This is the worst KFC I order one 3 peice combo with a sprite and a 2 price leg breast combo with a Pepsi fries. Got home no biscuit or Fries no breast . Then I call ask to speak to a manager who ever answer the phone ask who I was told him a paying customer that did not get what I paid then the guy hung the phone up in my face he needs to goto customer service class. Will never go to this KFC again. Very very poor customer service if I could have given then a zero that what I want to give.So if you go there check your food before you leave and got no receipt either
Manager was rude and unprofessional. On Uber app restaurant note: if you place an order within 1 hr before store closed and be there after dining room closed just use drive thru to get your order. So my customer on Uber app placed an order 11:11pm and Ibeen there 12:30am to picked up at drive thur. The lady that I met her. She doesn?t want gave it to me. Always said ?store isclosed? even I saw 2 orders leave over there and customers already paid for that. She said it not mind and shut of the window. So I felt bad to my customers that I didn?t get them delivery.
Drive through was fast. The lady that took my order was so fast I didn?t understand anything she said. I got a three piece and asked for double fries instead of the other two sides. I paid the $11 for a three piece and got only a two piece and a biscuit.No side. TLDR quick service but you?ll pay full price for whatever they feel like giving you. OH and make sure you get areceipt when you go. I can?t prove it but the meal I got was $5 cheaper than what I paid for. I think the employees arepocketing the difference. Just be warned.

I stg If i had a million dollars ill put every penny on shutting this location down! ain't no way i just spent almost 100$ on doordash and my entire order wrong.. From the drink sizes, to NO sauces, to undercooked bread peeling chicken , to biscuits that only the inside can be eaten from being entirely too hard (old), to dry hard bad smelling Mac and Cheese, to old wrinkled dry corn, mash potatoes i didn't even ask for, was suppose to sub my pot pie with 2 cooked littles.. im sure you know the rest.. i hate yalll!!
Charged over $57 for a 16 piece family Meal Tucker KFC. I only received 8 pieces of all dark meat. Plus sides. When I purchased a 16 piece family meal! I live 45 minutes away from this KFC driving home from work. Tried to call the number listed to see what could be done. No answer called 4 times. The owner of this establishment should assess who is working for the company especially since money is tight and some families are really struggling out here to make end meet.
Walked in and stood at the counter and nobody said a word… no greeting or anything… but one person in the back kept telling someone there’s somebody at the counter… but nobody came so i walked out…. Never again will i go back cause 3 people stood back there and nobody said someone will be right with you or anything…Horrible customer service… this was at 3:10 this afternoon… ??????
I got a 3-piece white meat. The sides were fine. The biscuit was smaller than they used to be. I had never seen such tiny wings (2 of my 3 pieces) and this was nearly $14.
