Kfc - Reservar una mesa

I have placed an order by the app and showed 6 minutes past the time it was said to be ready to find the food was given away to another customer. I only know that because I overheard the staff talking about the situation. No one has greeted me or informed me about the mistake. in the did, no one said any kind of hallo, farewell, apology; it was as if they were upset at me. I was asked for my job in the lobby first so they could confirm that I needed the order. I waited for them to make my food, and they missed a sandwich and sauce. they also did not offer to remake our drinks, because at this point they sat for at least 10 minutes. I have the worst experience ever last night at this Kentucky fried Chicken drive-thru. I didn't realize I didn't get a receipt. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged and I didn't even get one of the items I ordered. This morning I decided to call but guess what no one can be bothered to answer the phone and yes they were open just called again now at 12:45 and still can't be bothered to answer the phone.

Worst restaurant to order from. Received raw chicken, didn't receive some items and also got the incorrect items. I'm calling corporate office and filing a lawsuit. Not to mention we found out after we started eating it. Definitely wouldn't come here

Just sat in the drive thru for a half an hour and these kids are in there having conversations over the headsets. No supervision. Oh an after all that. They forgot my roll an sauce. Terrible. They don't even deserve one star

This location always has an issue serving its costumers. Whether it's out of chicken, closing early, etc. I'm always disappointed.
