I went through the drive-thru and asked for butter and honey with my meal. You’d think they were charging extra for condiments! The employee said she had already put some in my bag, but there was only one packet of each. When I asked for more, she just dropped two extra packets into my bag while I was holding it. Why offer condiments if you’re going to be so stingy? They might as well give customers a bottle of honey on a breakaway lanyard and make them take what they need, while the employee just waits to get the bottle back. That’s definitely a way to make sure customers don’t come back! Yes, I said it—NOT!
Honestly the worst Taco Bell in existence. Every time i even try to give this place a second chance they dash my hopes, without fail. I order a beef crunchy taco. A very simple order. They give me a bean and tomato crunchy taco? I ask for no lettuce, i get extra lettuce and extra sauce. They have not once gotten my order correct. The workers are absolutely incompetent. Even when i return to get my order corrected they mess it up a second or even a third time. There is absolutely no excuse for how many times they have ruined my orders.
They forgot my drive thru order after telling me to park in front for a 4 minute wait, went inside to check after 20 minutes waiting, watching multiple vehicles have their order completed. I heard a worker say they forgot as I inquired about my orderagain and the manager said was food ?just ready? as she only started to fill my order. That manager was a liar and rude.
It 's fine. If you 've been to one KFC, you 've been to them all. The food is fresh enough. The employees are competent enough. There was only one time I ordered chicken tenders and they gave me a tiny one and I went back to the counter and said, REALLY? and they gave me a regular sized one, no other words said. Other than that, it 's adequate.

The service was speedy, but the pot pie I received was only lukewarm, measuring just 85 degrees. I wasn't happy with my order. Although they did replace the pot pie, the new one was still only warm instead of hot as it should have been.
Every time I go in service is excellent and so is the food! Always hog and fresh. Only advise I can give is to keep the tables a little cleaner. And to add some ti t or blinds so the sun doesn't kick your a when eating.
Drove 20 minutes specifically for KFC, only to find they closed an hour earlier than advertised. Both the signs on the building and at the drive-thru stated a midnight closing time. Extremely disappointing.
This isn?t my closest Taco Bell/kfc but because the service is pretty quick,and the employees are nice,I go to this one exclusively.

They might think it is okay to give me this tiny piece away because it is to go. I will never come back here.
Great location with tasty chicken and Taco Bell offerings. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
