We called to request a refund for the missing item and were told we needed to return to the restaurant to get it. It was a bit frustrating—not because of their response, but because it meant another hour-long drive back, and they would be closing in just 30 minutes. At that moment, I was so upset that I felt like I could take care of my 11-year-old.
Despite my frustration, we made the trip back. When we arrived, they immediately prepared the popcorn chicken for us and asked how they could help. The quality of service was truly impressive. Not very impressed with KFC anymore. The staff is pleasant and helpfull, howevere, in my opinion the extra crispy is regular crispy! It's just extra greasy, and the side orders are smaller, and the last thing I can't understand, is they started putting thier side orders in new spill proof containers, which is great, except the gravy!!! Thats the one that usually dumps out in the bag while heading home....
Anyone who grumbles about the noise in the back or suggests you double-check your order probably can't handle a bit of chaos or is overly sensitive. This place is truly amazing! The food is fantastic, the staff is delightful, and overall, it's a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!
Located right next to Hartford, the state's shining star, this KFC is a total disappointment. The chicken is consistently overcooked, and there seems to be more arguing and drama among the staff than anyone actually speaking English inside. I recommend going somewhere else.

The food was served piping hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor! I am definitely looking forward to dining here again. I especially enjoy coming during lunchtime, as I find the food to be the tastiest at that time.
KFC is the worst place ever! They never get our orders right and the staff are incredibly rude. Definitely avoid their menu if you want a good experience.
