Kfc - Reserva de mesa

Their website says open til 9, inside was closed before 630. So I went to the drive thru that was a mistake. I got stuck in the line for over 30 minutes. This place is terrible. The management needs to be replaced in the worst way. Didn't even acknowledge that I was forced to wait. But at least the food was hot. But if you know the demographics of Simcoe, you will understand that fried chicken is a hot item in the summer months. Either get new management or close the place. Not worth anyone's time. Go to the superstore instead.

This fast food establishment is incredibly frustrating since they never seem to operate during their posted hours. I arrived at a quarter past 5:00, only to find the drive-thru unexpectedly closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 6:00. It's clear they need to reconsider their management, as I've never seen so many negative reviews for a single place, yet they somehow remain in business. Save yourself the trouble and skip this KFC.

Waited outside a locked door for online order with several other people for a very long with employees inside. No note on the door, no one came out to explain, we were just expected to wait..... absolutely horrible service, at least tape a note to the door! Or come out and tell us what we are waiting for. Finally get in to find out they don't open until 2 and they changed their hours! Then why the heck did you take an online order for 1:20??????

Thanks for nothing. Went their Sunday June 26 22 to pick up KFC for are family reunion no such luck. Arrived at noon store totally closed nothing on door saying what's going on. Tried calling several times absolutely nothing. All local family members were so disappointed. We all enjoyed KFC for generations not this year. This location needs new owners. I waited outside for about an hour after their posted opening time, along with three other people, hoping to get in. I even tried knocking and someone attempted to call, but the staff ignored us. Eventually, we just gave up and left. They really need to update their business hours if they say they open at 11. People only have limited time for lunch breaks.

I live outside of simcoe, was several times at this place. expect them to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for a sandwich, even if there is no one in front of them. average waiting time for a sandwich, about 20 25 minutes. you better go to a restaurant and command yourself.

What is up with this location lately? For over a month, always closed on the weekends? I get to the door. It's locked. I try drive thru, garbage bin blocking the entry. No notice or hours on the door or reason to be closed.

Had a 4pc box meal tonight. Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Absolutely horrific. 4 pcs and no white meat to be found. All dark. Service through drive through was pleasant but quality of food is horrendous.
