I ordered a 16-piece meal expecting the original recipe chicken, but they were out of stock, so I had to settle for extra crispy. I ended up with 4 extra pieces and 8 cookies, but I only received 13 pieces of chicken and no cookies. When I tried to call, I just got a busy signal. Overall, I’m really unhappy with my experience and I won’t be returning. I'm very disappointed in KFC.

This has to one of the worst places in Lawrence. Amazed that it's still open. Went through drive thru, employee was a jackass, no napkin or utensils couldn't eat the potatoes, chicken was terrible and they had no ice for the drink. Drove around the corner and threw everything in dumpster. Never again!!!! Stay away!!
Kentucky fried CHICKEN, a restaurant that specializes in cooking chicken food, doesnt have any chicken! Imagine that! KFC needs to get their franchisee in check apparently. Never have I seen a restaurant in Lawrence so badly trashed and yet they never fix it Reserva una mesa ahora
We went there today and asked for the famious bowls spicy and they have it advertised on there board and when we asked for they said that aren’t doing it any more then we said since when and they said today the 1/11/23
It's KFC, it's a classic. I got their Nashville hot chicken and as a spicy food lover it was AMAZING! The portions are great for the price, and I was full when I finished. Loved it
Chicken was old… was shorted 2 pieces… they were out of biscuits and spent roughly 20 minutes in line… won't be back
