Kfc - Reserva de mesa

We went to the lobby, but there was no sign on the door. I was told by four employees that the lobby was closed. We sat at some tables that had been used. I asked if the drive-thru was open, and they said yes. I went back to the car and drove through. I noticed that the four employees suddenly ran to the riverbank and then returned a few minutes later. I’m not sure what was happening today, but it was quite strange.

Took grandson there and we went into lobby even though no sign on door I was told lobby was closed by 4 staff were sitting at tables visiting. I asked if drive thru was open said yes. Got back in car and went to drive thru. Got grandson his food andnoticed the 4 staff running toward bank of river. Then back a few minutes later. Not sure what was going on today but weird.

I have never had a positive experience at this restaurant. I understand that I could go elsewhere, but every order I've placed has been incorrect in one way or another, or missing items. It's really frustrating to drive 20 minutes when you’re craving something, only to find that your order is wrong.

Claremont KFC has done a drastic change, so better! I'm so happy about how the staff now runs the store and the orders seem to fly fast. Not everyone will have a happy day and I understand that I try not to take it personally if someone is not so friendly. The food is always delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora

Literally never had a good experience here. Yes I know, I can go other places. But every order I’ve ever had was either wrong in one way or another or has stuff missing. Pretty aggravating when you drive 20 minutes bc youre craving something and it’s wrong.

It was a 1/2 an hour and a wait in line to be served through the drive-through really bad service I didn't get everything that I was supposed to get disappointed disappointed never go there again

Spent almost 50 bucks and only 1 out of our 4 meals was edible. Not a single strip in my 5 piece meal. No silverware for the sides, not of the sauces were given to us. This place sucks.

So stopped for a quick to go dinner guess they use instant potatoes. Think the mixing guy was not on duty Reserva una mesa ahora

They love getting orders wrong. Who puts 8 tacos and a chalupa in one bag with no sauce? Trash.
