I 'm only giving 2 stars because the workers were extremely polite. After dodging the sink hole to pull into the parking lot I order a 16 piece a drink. Listed on the menu at 20 something for the chicken. Get told my total is $48 for the chicken drink. I kindly say no, I just want the chicken (because the price aligned with the meal with the large sides). They tell me that is the price just for the chicken a drink, the prices got increased again today. I respond with almost $20 increase? Another worker comes on the intercom states that they increased prices today for the 6th time this year they haven 't gotten the stickers to change the menu board yet. The food at this location and the staff working the drive thru last night couldn’t have been any better. They were great taking our order and the food was perfect! However the outside appearance of this location needs some serious tlc! Half of the entrance is a huge pothole and needs the concrete replaced and I don’t think anyone has mowed or removed the weeds around the building this summer. It looks like they started some updates outside, and a new sign is in back, but it hasn’t been finished. However the food is always great so don’t let the outside looks fool ya! :

I stop here frequently because their sandwich is better than any other fast food option in town—always hot and juicy. However, both the regular and crispy chicken lack flavor and are quite bland. I've tried KFC in other cities, and in my opinion, the chicken here doesn't taste like the classic KFC recipe. There's no sign of the secret blend of herbs and spices that KFC is known for. The staff I've met are friendly and efficient. One thing I hope they address soon is the huge pothole at the entrance.

Every time I visit KFC, they claim they're out of crispy chicken, which seems like an excuse because they’re probably just too lazy to prepare more. I've been going elsewhere and am almost done coming back. Recently, I decided to give it another try and the food came out quickly, but the staff inside were very rude, and the food made us sick. It wasn’t just us— the manager was also rude to the employees. I don’t expect much from this place anymore and won’t be returning.

However, today's experience was the last straw: I arrived around 11:15, only 45 minutes after they opened, and someone announced over the loudspeaker that they weren't actually open yet? This restaurant really needs a complete revamp.
