I wouldn't rate this place even one star. The young woman with braided hair and headphones seemed completely inattentive to customers. It appeared she might have been dealing with personal problems or simply having a bad day, but her negative attitude was unprofessional and off-putting. The entire environment felt unpleasant, sticky, and poorly maintained. Her rude behavior was unacceptable!
Not really sure I went on a Sunday (5/1/22) and the food was fine, but I had a bigger order for several people, so I wanted to use the lobby, but it was locked and the only way to order was the drive thru. Not a big problem, but nothing less annoying and there was no sign that this was the case. If I hadn't seen the people working in the store, I probably would have just left.
The service at this KFC location was terrible, and after waiting 22 minutes in the drive-thru, the food was disappointing. It seemed like there were only one or two inattentive employees working. Other KFC locations are much better. I would avoid this spot if you're hungry and have things to do. I won't be coming back here again.
I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. The staff seemed unable to understand my order, and they consistently got it wrong, despite everything being clearly displayed on the screen. He had just finished work and waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, only to be told by the staff that they had closed at 10:20, even though their closing time is 11. They wouldn’t take any orders and said they were closed early. Very disappointing and feels like pure laziness.
One star is way too much to rate this place. Warning! Do not go to this one... chicken is never done and the service is poor and the wait is ridiculous. They alway messing the order and their customer service is extremely poor.
It’s really not hard to update your dining room hours. Or at the very least get rid of the HUGE SIGN that says “dining room open” while ya’ll have the doors locked.

The wings were mostly breading and the sauce was drizzled on and not covering them. And, the corn was sour not sweet!
