KFC food is KFC!! It's pretty good. But we arrived at this KFC around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. 2 other customers in the restaurant, no on in line ahead of us....and ordered a standard 16 piece bucket of chicken off the menu. We were told that it would take over 35 minutes to prepare because they were having a slow night and hadn't cooked ANY in advance!!! Seriously? This is a main menu item and it's dinner time!! I was stunned. But I needed the chicken for the next day so I decided to wait. I ordered a 2 piece meal for myself. (They did have 2 pieces ready) But the server wasn't clear on what came with the 2 piece dinner that was posted ON THE MENU and asked if I wanted a drink for an additional...
Absolutely horrible! I wish I hadn 't gotten myself I to this mess. The girl kept giving me bad looks when I went back to the counter to get napkins, so I told her that this was horrible service and she started arguing with me stating, I said hello to you! Horrible service, dirty place, poor management and $19.37 for a 4 piece meal with one side and a drink. I had to pay extra for a second side. No wonder KFCs are closing in every city. I will NEVER be back to eat at KFC!!!
I ordered a 4-piece ALL WHITE meal, which I expected to be two wings and two breasts. The cashier asked me twice if I wanted breast, thigh, and leg, and I repeated my order two times. When I got home, I found a wing, a breast, a leg, and a thigh instead! On top of that, they didn’t have the original chicken available. I visited three times this week, and each time they were out of original. Tonight, I settled for crispy, but I’ll be heading to Popeyes in the future!
Save your money and do not come here. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! first of all, the lady in the front????? What an attitude you gave me? And also nobody can even hear you clearly!!! Also the food is trash, if I'm not starving I wouldn't even look at it. The fries is super cooked and so hard to swallow. The chicken in the spicy chicken sandwich is not even fried like other KFC. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO BAD FOOD AND WEIRD ATTITUDE !!!!

This was honestly the most disgusting chicken I've had in my 50 years. I love KFC—it's my favorite chicken—but the San Juan location clearly has staff who do not follow KFC's food preparation standards, customer service guidelines, or even basic knowledge of the menu and current prices. I returned after my first terrible experience, hoping I was just having an off day, but no—this store is truly awful. Go see for yourself.
This is definitely the worst KFC location I've ever been to. The chicken legs are noticeably smaller than at other places. The service was also lacking. I wasn't even given a drink with my meal until much later.
Wanna shout out to Gio for being an exceptional employee. Great attitude, very helpful. Nice to see when a young person who cares about what they're doing. Appreciate you and best of luck to you!
This KFC feels like stepping back into a neglected area. It's surprising that this location is still open and hasn't been renovated in over 20 years. The service is extremely inconsistent.

The service was slow, and the restaurant was not very clean. I had to wait 32 minutes for my order to arrive.
They don't always have the things you ask for, they always say there isn't any, there isn't any.
