Very kind and awesome customer service from Stephanie. It was 8:32pm on Friday when the drive thru line was busy with 5+ cars and she was still very courteous and active in her job! Kudos to her! Thanks again for the great customer service! Keep moving forward Stephanie!

I waited for ten minutes, only to have them serve a group of customers who arrived after me and then tell me that they were closed. I'm pregnant and was denied food. This is incredibly unprofessional and rude!

On national TV they are offering the Mac and cheese w/chicken bowl at $5 and this restaurant charge $7.99 and the online prices are completely different from the store prices almost the double.

the tables were dirty and all over the tables and walls müll on the floor very sanitized I am very unhappy

Possibly the most stale biscuit I’ve ever gotten from a KFC with soggy tenders. No hot sauce of any kind.
