I don't know if this restaurant has incorrect hours listed on Google or if the staff closed early, but my experience was frustrating. I arrived to pick up a delivery, only to be told at the entrance that they were closed. I went to the window and could see my order inside. When I pointed this out to one of the employees, she didn't even check the order. Instead, she just turned around, shouted something to a coworker, and then they turned off the lights without offering any further explanation. This happened on September 19 at 9:50 PM, even though the posted hours said they were open until 11 PM.
I decided to get a pot pie from KFC in District Heights for dinner today and opted for the drive-thru. Considering the recent rise in food prices, I anticipated it would be pricier than it actually was. It used to be $5 before the pandemic, and now it’s $6.19. Thank you, KFC, for maintaining the pot pies at a reasonable price and for providing a tasty meal filled with plenty of veggies and chicken, all wrapped in a crispy crust.
The parking lot is tidy, and the drive-thru service is efficient (currently the only option available). The staff is friendly and attentive, double-checking my order to make sure everything was accurate. I received freshly cooked, hot, and delicious chicken. My experience at KFC was pleasant, and I can't wait to return for more of their generous portions of hot chicken!

I truly enjoy the food at this restaurant; it’s consistently served hot and full of flavor. The signature chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy is fantastic, although I’m not a fan of the biscuit. Overall, it’s a great spot to eat!
KFC is always a winner for me. I love the cookies and wish they included them in meals in Jamaica. I could skip the biscuit, though. Despite the long line, the wait time was short, and the service was polite and efficient.
I'm not sure if KFC has changed their recipe or if it was just the staff, but I noticed the chicken tasted different than usual. However, the mashed potatoes and gravy on the menu were as delicious as ever.
The staff went out of their way to ensure that my 81-year-old grandmother received her favorite chicken wings, as they are her absolute favorite part of the chicken. She also loves their mac and cheese.

The food was tasty and affordable. For only $7, I got two pieces of dark chicken, two sides, a biscuit, and a drink. KFC definitely stands out from the rest!
