I found that the prices listed on the website were significantly lower than what we encountered in the restaurant. My husband tried to order a single breast meal, but we were informed that it isn't available; instead, we could only get a 2-piece combo for $10.29. We ended up paying an additional $1.98 for an extra breast, which felt excessively overpriced. Plus, I didn't even receive a cookie! It's definitely time to update the menu on the website.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered a combo, but the server charged us separately for everything. Instead of the chicken pieces we requested, she gave me tenders and didn’t take the time to explain how to order in a more affordable way. Each piece of chicken was priced at $3.99 instead of offering a package deal. The service was poor, and we ended up paying $50 for two people. I do not recommend eating here.
I'll be brisk, I USED to go here all the time. But this last time on July 31st, my meal came with a little visitor under the paper at the bottom of the box. It could not fly, so it just ran around in the box. I contacted KFC corporate and never heardfrom them at all. So... that left me with only one option... to give a single star because it's the lowest thing I could give.My dog ate the chicken. At least he had no complaints.
The service attitude of the staff here is very good. Today I ordered my lunch on the app. When I got home after picking up my order, I found that there was an error in the food. I went back to the restaurant to ask about the situation, and the staff patiently explained Having to wait and finally find out that the correct item was in another bag that I didn 't check, I was wrong. The food was tasty, but about three out of five tables were dirty and not prepared for customers. I felt hurried to place my order, and the staff wasn’t very welcoming to me or the gentleman ahead of me in line. It almost seemed like they were irritated by customers ordering inside, as the restaurant clearly prioritizes the drive-thru. Overall, it was a mediocre experience that could use some improvements.
Women working there watch out for a guy named Adrian Rodriguez that works at KFC 's owned by the same owner. He 's a desperate loser who manipulates married woman there at work.He 's a homewrecker (Rompe Hogares) and I don 't know why he still hasn 't gotten fired, Since the managers know what he 's doing.He 's after that green card.
To the owner of this KFC franchise you better check your employees on how they prepare the chicken, because they don?t know Jack! This is the worst KFC chicken I?ve ever eaten, it?s dry as Mojave dessert ??????????? if there?s only a zero star???????????
