UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from this young lady by the name of Jasmine... As I walked in, she greeted my family and I with her charming personality, paid my bill, got exactly what I needed. Even though I 'm wearing a mask, she recalled/remembered my face from a last year 's visit... She offered me gloves, since I 'm so delicate. Wow... As well as a FRESH order, as I always ask for during my dine-experience. Employee/Cashier by the name of Jasmine, her memory is like a photogenic computer. Furthermore, she ensured that I received my meal fresh, just as I always request. Jasmine's memory is astonishing, almost like she has a photographic recall. I want to extend my thanks to the franchise management, corporate team, and the rest of the staff working that day. Everyone was wonderful and so kind. What impressed me even more was Jasmine's work ethic. She wasn't shy about cleaning tables and moved around the restaurant with remarkable speed, which contributes significantly to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the establishment. Anna, the employee that was taking my Order, is incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions. I decided on the Chicken and Donut Sandwich as soon as she mentioned it. Oh man is it good! You definitely need to give one a try. Seriously life changing. But Lord is it messy. The glaze on the donuts melts since they serve it hot. You will need a handful of napkins. But it is well worth it!!!
Our KFC in El Monte has an awesome girl working there named Anna, great customer service, very friendly, and also helpful... it's people like that to keep customers coming back not only for the food but for great customer service! Thanks Anna, you made our day with your Awesome KFC service! ???????
It's KFC... The chicken is good and the coleslaw is excellent. However, the other sides are quite bland in flavor, particularly the mashed potatoes. I suppose this is a result of cost-cutting measures to boost profits, but unfortunately, it has negatively impacted the quality of the side dishes.
