First I pull up to the speaker, I am told they are limited on chicken. I say what about chicken bowls, oh that’s not the chicken I’m referring to. I Oder 2 chicken bowls, 2 large coleslaw, pull up to the window and the manager is telling the new lady u do what you want for the 16 piece but u going to have a lot of ppl passed off without any chicken for the next hour. I get pulled to the side, I go back to the window on foot (no one was in the drive through) I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweetened. They gave me a coke in exchange. we have given this business several chances and they continue to fail. today we have placed a quick pick-up order. it said it would be ready at 19:53 clock. my man arrived and was informed that it would be at least an additional 25 minutes. when my man spoke with angie, whom I think she was the layer manager as if she could take care of less. when he asked about the manager info after she had given it to him. When he asked about the franchise owners info, she told him she didn't know. 40 minutes after the time that our order should be ready, it was finally finished. I hope, however, that changes will be made, considering how often this has happened, I doubt. my man has sent nikki the manager...

tonight I went up to drive through, it was said that it would be a 30-minute wait for huh. Last week I dressed to drive through, I was told that there are only 2 people working to get in to place my order. so I was told that because it was 7:30 (the load is open until 10:00) that they don't fall a new hunch for roast. they had no extra crispy chicken. ellen! someone has to open a kfc in greenwood. this is not able to be an almost food restaurant!

my man and I wanted to eat. he went in because the drive was not an option. If I could give a 0, I would be absolutely. our food was cold, old and chewing. 20 mice the drain for 2 people. we had to go to culver’s and spend more for a hot, fresh dinner. pity on kfc. instead of ever being acceptable, they are getting worse and that's bad management.

I ordered a famous bowl waited 25 minutes on it and the kartoffels lubricated like soap and the chicken wasn't even completely boiled. there are some very lazy workers at the chicken spots and now I sit at home with an annoyed one because I was fed müll. do not recommend in any form or form this place is terrible.
