Went there 3 hours before closing ordered a 16 pc meal and was told they only had 3 breast, 4 drumsticks and the rest would be wings. I ask how long would it be for more chicken to be done? I was informed that they would not be cooking any more I said you have 3 hours left why not, then a person that claimed to be the manager came on and said the cook has already left, if I want what they have then I would get my order asked if it would be discounted was told no and that I needed to leave. Hate to know how long that chicken had been sitting. I guess they made more money then they needed to give up 3 hours of sales. Will not waste my time or money going here again.

We ordered #5 combo chicken wings. He repeatedly said not spicy, but when we got the order, it was spicy, mussing biscuit. My husband talk to the manager but the manager is rude and insisting that my husband did not order regular. He is not willing ti correct their mistake. He was yelling to my 82 year old husband to leave. We leave the place end up not having lunch and donating $21.64 to KFC.

The spicy wings were stale and smelled strongly of old oil. The staff was extremely rude, making it impossible to enjoy our meal peacefully. Everyone working there seemed unhappy; it was unlike anything I've ever encountered. I won’t be coming back to KFC. When I ordered 10 wings, I was told they only had 6 available. I also asked for lemonade, but it was out of stock! What’s going on there?
I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal from KFC but only got 4 pieces. I asked for BBQ sauce, but they gave me ranch instead. Missing one tender isn’t a huge deal, but the real problem was when I opened my Chicken Little and found mold on the bread. Seriously, KFC, what’s going on with your menu? SMH.

The manager is the rudest. No customer service skills. My order was served wrong and he is not willing to correct the order nor refund the money. Today, I just donated 21+ dollars to KFC against my will.
Jermaine was very helpful! Made our experience great especially since we are new to the Vegas area! We will definitely come back to this location .Thank you
