If I could give them less than one star I definitely would. I just went through the drive-through and received a pot pie in less than 30 seconds, that was great, But I can say I have never had the misfortune of eating a pot pie as crunchy and OLD as this one is. I called the KFC At least 30 times before someone answered and and responded that they could not hear me my phone is breaking up. I called back at least 30 more times to not even get an answer at all so obviouslythat was on purpose to get me off the phone. I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but the last two years have been very disappointing. I work at Just Smoke in Lilburn and usually order every other Sunday, but the past six months have been the worst experience yet. Orders often have problems—meals are missing or the food isn’t cooked right. I usually order through Uber Eats, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore. It feels like the staff doesn’t care and often mess up orders without considering whether customers actually get their food.
I placed an online order but when I went to pick up the restaurant asked me to contact the customer support to cancel the pick order because the item was not available at their restaurant. I had to call the customer care after driving 20 mins to therestaurant to get my refund. Never going back to any KFC again. Pathetic system that wouldn't let the restaurant cancel theorder or not even have a system that would block us from ordering when the item is not available.

I visited this KFC hoping for a quick meal, but my experience fell short. The customer service was poor; despite the restaurant not being busy, the young woman at the drive-thru appeared distracted and sluggish. She had trouble recalling my order and neglected to give me napkins, straws, or utensils. Most of the items I requested were unavailable, and the chicken I was served looked old and dry. Yet, they still charged me $10. I will not be coming back.
WORST KFC EVER! Don't waste your time going here. They're ALWAYS out of something at this location. They're super slow, unprofessional and unorganized. Poor management. HORRIBLE. Wish i could give zero stars! Don't go here! Dont say i didn't warnyou! I'm really surprised they're still open! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible location. Such a waste of time going here. Smh.
The original chicken at KFC here is incredibly delicious, but unfortunately, they were out of mashed potatoes and wings during dinner service. The recipe for the sides needs an update, as they tasted old and like they came straight from a can. On a positive note, the drive-thru staff were very friendly and polite.
Don?t bother coming here after 9 because they never have any food. Got there 30 minutes before close and they only had 3 pcs of chicken left. Very sad staff. This has happened multiple times. They only worried about getting off the clock on time it seems and not the customers.

The original chicken at KFC is incredibly tasty, but during dinner service, they ran out of mashed potatoes and wings. The coleslaw could use a new recipe as it tasted stale, almost canned. On the bright side, the drive-thru staff were very friendly and courteous.
