I waited at drive through menu for about 5 minutes, there were 4 cars ahead of me towards the window. No one came on the speaker so I figured it was broken and moved forward. After another 12 minutes waited in the car line, I arrived at the window. I told the guy I didn't order at speaker because I thought it was broken. He asked me to drive back around because he couldn't take my order at the window. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU WANT ME TO SPEND ANOTHER 15-20 MINUTES IN LINE AGAIN!!! He insisted he could not take my order. I should have asked for a manager but just gave up and went home. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
Came in around lunchtime...they had no original chicken....I think they said about 20 min or so before it would be ready...couldnt wait that long.....so I settled for a ok version of xtra crispy....the drive thru lady apologized and said she only had 2 people working today....including herself...soooo....I understand how stressful that job is....working with a shortage of people....anyhow...I am sure that I will be back to give them another try....but It may be awhile.
I was disappointed to find that they didn't have sweet tea, and there was no Sprite or Sierra Mist available either. The popcorn chicken mostly consisted of fried batter, and the pieces that did contain chicken looked unappetizing. The taco shells were incredibly soggy. On a positive note, the young staff members were very friendly, and the fries were quite tasty.
The mashed potatoes were brown instead of white, and the gravy was unpleasant. The chicken appeared to be reheated and tasted greasy. The only decent items were the coleslaw and biscuits. I was reluctant to give it another try, but I did, and I regret not trusting my instincts. This will be my last visit. KFC has really declined in quality.

I have been hoping this location would improve service and the food, and it has...from time to time over the years. Unfortunately, they have not been able to maintain the improvements. I visited Taco Bell today, and overall, my experience was positive. Everything was tasty, except for my bean burrito. The beans were overly thick, and the red sauce had a watery consistency. The staff was friendly, but they could benefit from additional training.
