Manager Elizabeth Figarot this Glenwood Ave Bloomfield NJ Kentucky Fried Chicken is unprofessional, profiling and stereotyping! I waited over 15 minutes until 7:30pm on March 2, 2022. I was never acknowledged for service, until I ask for assistance, after waiting in front of the register for acknowledgement! There was 5 persons working behind the counter. No one else had to place a order, but myself. Only two other person's were in store, that had been waited on previously. This type of service must be retrained to be more courteous and professional. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because Butts customer service is excellent . The manager is incapable of handling this place . No coordination!Update 03/10/22Came back here . Same poor service as before. Maybe this is the cashiers first job but that’s not an excuse for the poor service . No greeting , shes annoyed with every customer she serves . I had the worst chicken experience ever! It was overcooked and tasted terrible—so dry and with an extremely hard crust. I'm done with KFC and would like a credit or refund from DoorDash, please. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the extra wing I ordered, and there was no sauce included. The biscuits were rock hard as well. Overall, it was a horrible meal. I cannot recommend this at all.
The service at KFC was terrible. With gas prices so high, having to drive back because the staff couldn’t get our order right was incredibly frustrating. They’re asking for $15 an hour, yet their incompetence suggests they might need some hearing aids to properly understand the menu and fulfill orders accurately.

At KFC, the chicken was decent but not outstanding. The mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese from the menu were all flavorful. However, the biscuits were hard instead of soft. The lemonade was refreshing and enjoyable.

I enjoy dining at KFC locations everywhere, but this particular one is by far the worst. The food doesn't taste good, and the staff is both lazy and rude. I wouldn't recommend it.
Spent $45 and they give me 12 pieces of nasty over cooked dry chicken! You know very well you would eat this. Throw it out and cook it right!
