I waited a long time and hoped I wouldn’t have to write a negative review, but after several visits, it’s clear they still don’t know how to run a KFC. I’m writing this after placing an order and being told to swipe my card. I did, they said everything was fine, but after waiting 25 minutes, I realized I never received a notification from my credit card. Everyone who arrived after me was already leaving with their food. I had the worst chicken experience ever! It was overcooked and tasted terrible—so dry and with an extremely hard crust. I'm done with KFC and would like a credit or refund from DoorDash, please. To make matters worse, I didn't receive the extra wing I ordered, and there was no sauce included. The biscuits were rock hard as well. Overall, it was a horrible meal. I cannot recommend this at all.
The service at KFC was terrible. With gas prices so high, having to drive back because the staff couldn’t get our order right was incredibly frustrating. They’re asking for $15 an hour, yet their incompetence suggests they might need some hearing aids to properly understand the menu and fulfill orders accurately.
At KFC, the chicken was decent but not outstanding. The mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese from the menu were all flavorful. However, the biscuits were hard instead of soft. The lemonade was refreshing and enjoyable.

Before leaving the restaurant, be sure to double-check your order. I ordered the family pack, which was supposed to have twelve pieces, but I only received seven. That said, the food was delicious.
They've brought on更多 staff, and it's definitely improved the service. It still took a bit of time to receive my 8-piece meal, but it was faster than during my past visits.
Some parts of our meal were forgotten. We ordered large sides, but they served us small portions in large containers. The chicken was overcooked.
I dined at this restaurant two days ago and was really impressed by the prompt service. The cashier, Kya, was exceptionally friendly.

I never received the honey mustard or KFC sauce. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the biscuits were hard.
The meal was excellent, but it didn’t come with the cookie. Everything else was included, though.
