Kfc - Reserva de mesa

Terrible times 10. Do not go to this KFC. The air conditioner was turned off so you cant eat inside because they don't want to have to clean the tables and dining room. The staff only waited on drive thru customers and never came to the counter to takeorders. When they came to the counter they told customers they had no chicken??? Crazy since this is their main menu item. Iwent to this location on August 13th. This store needs qualified help. Kids can't run a fast food restaurant by themselves. Ileft and never ordered...not going back to this KFC again. Hire more help

The gravy and coleslaw containers weren't properly sealed, causing everything to spill in the bag. Additionally, we paid for four biscuits but didn't receive any. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone said he could only replace the biscuits and wasn’t responsible for the driver. I told him I was the driver since I picked up the order. He asked if I wanted the biscuits, and before I could respond, he hung up on me. How rude! We won’t be returning! If I could give no stars, I definitely would!

I spoke with the evening manager on November 5th, 2022, named Jason. They gave us someone else's order, and amusingly, we didn't even receive the drink listed on it. So, we ended up paying for food that wasn't ours. When I tried to call and discuss the issue with him, he was very rude and hung up on me. I've never been treated that way before, and I'm completely shocked. I will never go back there again! I advise against visiting this restaurant, especially if you have to deal with a manager named Jason.

I've been to this KFC countless times, and my orders have never been correct. Always! However, I went yesterday, and we experienced great service. I ordered a lot of food, and everything was just right! It didn't take long, and everything was served hot and fresh. Great job, Ozark KFC! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked. The restaurant has been recently renovated and is very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, always serving us with a smile. We will definitely eat there again.

I was disappointed to find that my $5.00 KFC bowl didn't include the cookies. I believe I should be compensated for this oversight, and it would be great if you could remind your staff to pay closer attention to orders in the future.

We hadnt been here in over a year because the food then hadnt been good at all, but we were wanting chicken so decided to try again...food was old and dry...would not come back to this location again..hope it gets better

I didn't receive the cookies that were supposed to come with the $5.00 KFC meal! I think a compensation would be fair, and please let your team know they should receive their items together as well! Reserva una mesa ahora

I have to say, this is the cleanest KFC I’ve ever visited! The food was hot and fresh, and both my wife and I were more than happy with the entire experience. Great job!
