McDonald's has burgers, DQ has ice cream, and I thought until today that KFC had chicken covered . Boy was I wrong. The Extra crispy chicken I ordered was, Out of the Box a light cream color and was about as far from extra crispy as chicken coating can get, the chicken itself tasted old and chewy. The 2nd bite was spit back into the Box in disgust. The chicken tasted like bad hospital cafeteria breaded chicken and I mean BAD hospital Cafeteria breaded chicken. While this location claims to be open until 10 PM, they often have a limited menu available after 8 PM. I usually work night shifts, so I eat dinner later than most people. I visited tonight at 8 PM and was informed that there was no chicken or even sandwiches available, and I was discouraged from coming at that time if I wanted anything better than dried-out leftovers. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and it will definitely be my last visit. I won't be returning, regardless of the time of day. Although this location is supposedly open until 10 pm they seemingly never have very many items available after 8 pm. I work nights so my dinner time is later than most. I was there tonight at 8 and was told they had no chicken or even sandwiches available and was told to NOT come there that time of night (8 pm) if I wanted anything but dried out garbage. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last as I won’t be going back there no matter what time of day. Don’t waste your time in drive thru if its night time…Close after your dinner rush if you don’t want to serve folks your full menu until you close.
I had one of the worst dining experiences ever! I placed an order through the app and arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 PM. The doors were closed, but I could see people inside. I knocked to let them know I was there, but no one said anything. They were supposed to close at 10 PM, but the staff informed me that they would not serve any food as the kitchen was already closed. I pointed out that it was still only 9:15, but they insisted there was no food available and then just closed the window and walked away. I ended up paying for a meal that I never received through the app.

I pointed out that it was only 9:15, but he insisted there was no food available, then closed the window and walked away. I ended up paying for food I never received through the app.
I ordered $30 worth of food and only received half of it. By the time I noticed, it didn’t seem worth going back to resolve the issue. The spicy chicken mac bowl had a quarter of it submerged in oil, and the fries (which I only got half of) were at room temperature, around 73°F. I drove home with the bag sealed up. The cashier was rude and dismissive. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I should have taken the hint when I saw I was the only customer, including in the drive-thru.
This KFC really struggles to have chicken available. They seldom have it ready, and they frequently shortchange your order. Be sure to check everything! I got home today to discover that 3 chicken breasts were missing — that was half my order. I tried calling, but no one answered, and their voicemail was full.
My chicken sandwich was thrown at us from the window, and it was so cold it was almost frozen. On the other hand, my fries were hotter than magma! This used to be my favorite place for a chicken sandwich, but not anymore, that's for sure. And to top it off, they never have what you want!

This restaurant was a disappointment. The food was served cold, and they didn’t even provide napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here; it’s not worth your time.
I find the prices at KFC to be a bit too steep for me to dine there frequently.
