Went there to buy 6 pieces of white meat chicken for my in-laws who were house bound. We were told they didn't have 6 Breasts which we had offer to pay extra for.We asked for instance how much was 1 wing and were quoted 75 cents! After 15 minutes of arguing ( I used to cook KFC) the price was changed to 1.25 each.While we were there the manager screamed out the order numbers for pick up, with only about 2 other customers there.Needless to say, it was the last time we will go to this KFC. We left, and purchased a whole chicken, salad, and potato wedges at Zehrs for $15.00, Our in-laws loved this and got at least 2 more meals out of the chicken.
We got the Father's Day meal (before Father's Day). Came with chicken, fries, bread and salad. The bread was hard, stale and gross (not like the bread of years ago that would dream in that bag). The bread on our previous trip was ice cold buttered bread (they didn't even attempt to warm it.) The mac salad container was only 2/3 full and I asked her to switch it out for a full one. The guy filling the bucket I saw didn't have much of a selection of chicken on his pull out tray, instead of having me
I go to this KFC every week and order the same thing and it is NEVER correct. A big crunch combo, extra mayo but NOT the whole bottle, NO lettuce Pepsi no ice. Every time I get so much mayo I could bottle it and make a fortune and about a head of lettuce. Shame on me for not checking my order before I drive away. Shame on them for never getting my order correct. shall we try again next Tuesday October 13th @ 8:33 PM
