Regretfully, my first time using the on-line KFC App was a disaster. Using the App was easy. However, when I arrived to pick up my order at the Somerset, MA store it wasn 't there. I was informed by Store Manager Adam that they received my order, packed it but was picked up by Door Dash and there wasn 't anything they could do for me. In fact, Adam said, this happens all the time! Talk about rubbing salt in the open wound!! What kind of customer service is that? At the very least, the store Manager could have agreed to pack me my order. But he refused. Only 8 pieces of chicken. How much would that have cost KFC, especially when there was no dispute that they made the error! Had he packed me...
The young woman who took my order seemed to be having a challenging night, but she was certainly not rude. The young man at the window was exceptionally polite and delivered excellent customer service. I had to pull up front to wait for my order, but it arrived quicker than I expected, especially since I ordered five chicken sandwiches, two without pickles. The other young man who brought my food was very friendly and pleasant. They got my order right, as they always do. I visit this location regularly and have always found the staff to be courteous, even though most are younger adults and teens. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and they consistently get my son’s no-pickle...
I was very disappointed with KFC, particularly this location. I used to enjoy their food, but it seems that prices keep increasing while portion sizes are getting smaller. Additionally, when I walked in, I noticed that there were two registers and about seven employees, yet both registers were closed, forcing customers to use self-service kiosks. It's frustrating when minimum wage is rising, but employees are just standing around chatting. It would be so much nicer to walk into a restaurant—fast food or otherwise—and be greeted and have my order taken. It's becoming ridiculous that everywhere you go, it's all about self-service.
The 5-piece tender meal with two sides, a biscuit, and a drink costs under $12 and is quite filling. The food tastes freshly prepared when ordered, with generous portions, and the chicken is excellent—crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. All the sides are worth trying, including the crispy fresh French fries, which have replaced the potato wedges. While dining here can be expensive for a whole family, you definitely get your money's worth. I recommend anything on the menu.

I ordered an 8-piece Original Recipe meal, but the chicken skin was tough and dry, and the meat underneath was just as hard and unpleasant. It was clear the chicken was NOT freshly cooked! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. Although the location is convenient—just 5 minutes from my house—it’s probably time for me to find a new spot for chicken.
The chicken sandwich is a must-try! It consists of a perfectly cooked half chicken breast on a delicious bun, topped with various ingredients and sauce. I'm not entirely sure if the sauce was intended for the spicy version of the sandwich I ordered. I also sampled the apple cake, which was both inventive and generous in portion!
Placed a job and they asked if I were willing to wait 6 or 7 minutes as they cooked the 12 pieces bucket. I agreed, of course, because it was fresh and hot. Beautiful work and they brought it on time....
I visited MA Business twice, and on both occasions, my daughter ordered the bucket family meal. The chicken was freshly made, served hot, and was absolutely delicious! Keep up the fantastic work!

We wanted original but there was only Xtra crispy and it was 1 pm Sun 11/19. It was a 35 mnt wait!! The last batch of reg.was bought at 12 pm. Grrr
