Sometimes I just have to have KFC. But I don't go often, so drive thru doesn't work if you have no idea about the menu. There were signs of patience, expecting to wait a bit, short personalized kind of thing. Everything looked clean and tidy, the cooking line was occupied. In front of the house was a lonely person. Maybe she just didn't like me, but her service was one. She ran on her back, helped out the car thru break, which seemed to be doing well by herself, chatting with the line cooks before finally getting into the cash register to take my order. thigh drumstick combo, mash, biscuit, drink. I ate here before and the meals have been good but they were understaffed and they were so busy. Every employee was doing their best to keep up with the orders but people in the drive thru were leaving because of the long wait and the girl behind the counter had so many customers she was overwhelmed but did her best to keep up and people just left because of the wait. I can only hope that people will be patient with food service workers everywhere because it's not only here at this restaurant it's alot of restaurants. If anyone can do a better job waiting on people with all there demands there's a job out there waiting for you
they seem to never get anything right i always seem to be missing something. Ordered fries instead of mashed potatoes and still received mashed potatoes also ordered a sweet tea which didn't even come but was on my receipt. Unfortunately this is the only kfc near me. Plz do better
Went in Friday around 6. People were not friendly and were speaking Spanish to each other. This is America. Speak English. You can speak Spanish on your own time. Service was okay but they forgot my gravy. I won't be back.

Waited more than 15 minutes in the line, coming into the window to pick up, order was not ready, staff said no repairs for the particular food. That was a simple excuse. I killed my time.
Ordered the same thing I always do when I grab a bite to eat here and got the famous bowl. Disappointed in the fact that it was lacking some of the best parts, cheese and gravy.
So cute...they gave my four legged fur baby some chicken popcorn. The girl was so excited and asked if it was okay. Made me smile.Food: 5/5
Those were the freshest and heat hottest popcorn chicken I've ever had, great, polite staff, would highly recommend ??

Chicken smells older than the colonel himself. Rock hard biscuit was great for my sons hockey practice though.
