I decided to give the restaurant another try on Friday night at 7pm. Once again, I had to wait to be served as the staff seemed to be ignoring the walk-in customers. A customer even came back into the store to complain that his chips were cold and had them replaced. I was then given his chips, which was concerning as he had left the store and his food could have been contaminated. I refused the cold chips and was told I would have to wait 3 minutes for a new batch. It was disappointing to see such poor management on both nights, with the restaurant running out of food and not being able to serve customers properly. It was clear that the staff could benefit from better food handling training....
We pulled up mid afternoon for som late lunch. They weren't particularly busy. The young boy at the counter Jude, was the most delightful. As well as being extremely friendly and helpful with us, i watched as he served the other customers with the same...cheerful enthusiasm. The product itself was tasty, but dripping with oil and had not rested. The tables in the restaurant were filthy! Some looked like they may have been wiped with a really dirty cloth. I had to use some serviettes and antibacterial hand sanitizer they had on the wall to wipe a table down. It was a bit of a disappointment that with such great staff and a potentially delicious fast food, that the lack of attention to detail...
On our way home we decided to quickly stop and grab some Lunch. Went through the drive thru first problem, the speaker wasn't great got asked to wait. Then got to the window and was told that there were certain things still being cooked, we should wait in the parking. We did for 25 minutes then went in to collect the food still not ready, eventually got the food half was cold and on the way back realised half the food wasn't packed. To busy to go back, never know what to do in situations like this because I don't think the franchise would care to much.
Ask to make sure I got salt on my go buckets at the drive through speaker, then asked the girl when I received my food if there was salt she said yes. So drove away and started to eat and of course there's not a...grain of salt. Rang up and the manager Rebecca was quite rude then she offered to replace the food but after her attitude on the phone I wasn't going back to receive food they probably would of tampered with.

On the way back to Sydney, we stopped at KFC for a quick bite. The service was mediocre, with garbage on the tables even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The chips tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for a while. The chicken slider and popcorn chicken were tasty, but it was disappointing that they weren't freshly cooked like the chips.
it was so nice to have such beautiful staff, then I sat on a seat and almost feel through them, all the padding was worn off, the hen was cold and gummy, the chips were nice and hot, but I think dipped in salt! my. twister had 2 sauces on it! it was really a farewell! to have such nice staff before the business, the whole experience went bad.
that was a terrible lunch! the service was rude and I wasn't even recognized by the bank. the seats and tables are extremely dirty. also there was no crusher and the frozen kossher was broken.
I love the KFC pennant hills, been several times, busy area but got few parking and drive in counter too. got some street parking as well. some times need to stay in long queue for delivery.

This restaurant is really disappointing. They don't allow customers to leave negative feedback. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place unless you enjoy getting food poisoning.
